Viewing a completed DBS check certificate

When you complete a DBS check through our Electronic DBS System, with a 'No Match' result you can start the applicant immediately without seeing their paper certificate.

There is an electronic certificate saved in the system for you. You can view this by following these steps.

• Login to your 'Customer Portal' and search for the applicant.

• For the relevant applicant click on the 'Status/Audit Trail' status, which will need to be 'No Match' for you to be able to accept the electronic certificate.

• This will load up the 'Status and Audit Trail' log for the applicant.

• At the top you will see a button that says 'View Results', click on this link.

• This is your electronic copy of the disclosure certificate.
