Changing your password or memorable word

When you are logged into your account you can choose to update or change your password and memorable word. This is particularly important to do whenever you reset your password or memorable word, as these temporary ones are one-use only.

To reset your password click on 'My Details' in the top right hand area of the homepage.

Now click on 'Change Password'.

Enter your current password (which will be the temporary password if you have just used a temporary password to login.

Below this enter your new password and re-type this in the box below.

Now click 'Change Password' at the bottom.

You can now close this window.

To change your memorable information you do exactly the same process, but select the memorable information button instead.
