Once registered with our service we will provide you with login details to enable you to login to this website using the client login screen.

From here you can view a list of all CRB checks processed with us showing details of the application, dates that we recieved the application and forwarded it to the Criminal Records Bureau, what type of application has been applied for, whether the PoVA first request has been recieved and any other relevant information about each check.

Once the form has left our care and has been submitted to the Criminal Records Bureau you can then track the application with them by using the form reference and date of birth for the candidate which you will find when you track via ProCRB in the client login section.

If you wish to track at what stage the form is with the CRB please Track via the CRB.

If your CRB check takes longer than normal we will automatically chase these with the CRB at set intervals and you are able to see details of when we have chased these in the online login section.
