Enhanced or Standard Full Results

Once the CRB and potentially a police force have completed all of their checks on the applicant they will issue a CRB result certificate.  The CRB will send one certificate to the applicant and one to ProCRB as your agent.  As long as you have returned to us your signed Code of Practice we will then forward our certificate onto you via first class post.  The Standard and Enhanced Disclosure information can be extremely sensitive and personal, therefore it is very important to ensure that it is handled fairly and used properly.

As part of our service we will review each certificate we receive and call you immediately should information contained on the result give us cause for concern.

POVA Results

The CRB reply to our POVA requests by e-mail.  So that you have access to this information as soon as possible we forward these e-mails on to your registered email address so that you can potentially start the applicant in a supervised role until the full certificate is received.
