Stephen Field – Office Assistant

The newest member of our team, Stephen joined ProCRB in October 2008 as an Office Assistant.  Stephen helps with the verification and logging of applications. Stephen enjoys spending time with his partner, football, creating music and being by the river in Kingston-Upon-Thames.

Sarah Smith - Office Assistant

Sarah joined ProCRB in July 2009 as an Office Assistant and helps with the verification of the applications that we receive. In her spare time Sarah enjoys walking her 3 dogs, spending time with her family and reading. Sarah is also very keen on ice skating and has been taking lessons.

Jeffrey Bing – CRB Coordinator

Jeff joined ProCRB in January 2008 and is in charge of the day-to-day running of our CRB operation and will normally be the person you speak to when you first contact us. He is definately the most humerous member of the ProCRB team. Ever ready to crack a joke in the middle of a stressful day Jeff brings much laughter to us all. In his spare time he loves to play rugby.

Shirley Byde - Administrator

Shirley has been with ProCRB since May 2007, she assists the team with general administration. Shirley enjoys long walks in the park at the weekends and spending time with her 5 grand-children doing simple things like flying kites in the park and building sandcastles in the garden.

Andy Tonnew - Bookkeeper

Andy is ProCRB’s Bookkeeper, he oversees the keeping of the company finances and makes sure the numbers are all on the right lines and the figures all add up. In his spare time Andy enjoys playing the Age of Empires computer game, doing DIY jobs around his house and long weekends at his holiday cottage in Dartmouth.

Shelly Cliffin - Director

Shelly joined ProCRB in April 2002 after working for the Carphone Warehouse for 5 years.  Shelly loves a good problem and it is usually her (as senior management) who will work with you should your account require special attention. When not at work Shelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 children Louie and Rowan. She is a keen gardener and enjoys nothing more than taking her boys to feed the ducks at Garsons Farm. 

Graham Newton - Managing Director

Graham founded the company in May 2001 and is well known for his extensive knowledge and pro active approach. In his free time Graham likes to work at the weekends! Graham also enjoys water sports (he used to be a sailing instructor in his "free" time) and likes walking his Shih-Tzu dog called Puggy (what is it they say about dogs and owners looking alike...?)
