At ProCRB we pride ourselves on the speed and accuracy of our form processing.  It's easy to submit forms to us, all you need to do is follow these steps:

1. Complete the form fully and correctly with the applicant, including checking the applicants identity.

2. Post the form to our office.

3. On the working day we receive the form we will log it, check it and either forward the form to the CRB for processing or call you to discuss any problems with the form.

If any errors are identified on the applications then we will contact you immediately either by telephone or email to try correct these. For certain errors it is necessary to return the form although this will always be a last resort. If the application form is returned a further administration charge will be added.
